No. Your screen time, your scores and your findings are all worked out on the device and never sent anywhere. There is no account and no server holding your usage. This is not a policy we could quietly change: Apple's Screen Time framework is built so that app names and usage cannot leave your phone in the first place.
Phone behaviour, not the life domain itself. Connect scores whether your phone time with people was conversation or passive scrolling. Balance scores the mix of active and passive use. Focus scores whether your attention held or fragmented. Rest scores how quiet your phone was around sleep, measured against your actual sleep window. Each ring starts the day whole. Healthy phone activity lifts it, and the patterns that work against it wear it down, so a low Rest score means your phone was busy when you were meant to be asleep, not that you slept badly.
ThirdLife needs it on. It is Apple's own setting, and with it off your phone records nothing for any app to read, including this one. You can turn it on in Settings, Screen Time, App & Website Activity. Turning it on does not send anything to us.
No, and no app can. Apple does not let detailed screen time data move between devices, so anything promising a remote dashboard is either doing something else or overstating it. ThirdLife works differently: you set it up on their phone, and you look at it together.
